No Pulse

January may very well be my least favorite month of the year. I think this is due to my education schedule. Classes always start at its beginning, and there are no days off. Or maybe it is from the weather, a monotonous gray mass, tossed about by the breeze. There is not even snow in the forecast. Or it could be from the letdown after Christmas. With these decreased stress levels, I am coping with the withdrawal from adrenaline that drove me through the gift-buying, the parties, the baking, and the decorating. There is nothing to arouse activity in the EKG monitor of my days.
